The MSA Mural, Old Growth, initiated Lesia's interest in the environment, architecture, and the city. The large-scale painting plays off the columns of the building and recalls the archetypal forest that once occupied downtown Hamilton. This piece was created by utilizing multiple layers of acrylic paint to blend, build, and convey form.
